Our December 2007 ICCNY meeting featured a presentation on "What You Really Need to Know...About Long Term Care Insurance."  Our guest speaker was Adam D. Cline, Certified Senior Advisor with Forest Hills Financial Group.  Mr Cline educated the membership and guests about key elements of long term care insurance: Components, Benefit Triggers, Methods of Benefit Payment and Riders.  Lack of this important coverage can wipe out our retirement plans in just a few years, cautioned Mr. Cline.  His commendable goal is to make a difference on Long Island:  nobody's estate or legacy should be lost to a long term illness.
